Job Description:
• Keep in regular contact with candidates from sourcing to placement
• Provide timely and thorough communication with regard to search activity
• Head Hunting suitable candidates
• Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client
• Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting them to the client
• Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question

Requirements:
• Experience working in a recruitment function
• Knowledge of Healthcare recruitment is desirable
• Extensive knowledge of sourcing methodologies
• A strong and proven track record in sales and networking
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
