The Delegation of the European Union to Ghana is a diplomatic mission that officially represents the European Union in the country.
The European Union (EU) is made up of 27 Member States, with a population of around 500 million people. It is the largest trading bloc in the world and plays a major role in promoting peace, democracy, and sustainable development globally.
The Delegation works to strengthen the partnership between the EU and Ghana. We support cooperation in areas such as trade, governance, education, climate action, and human rights.
The European Commission, one of the EU’s main institutions, works alongside the European Parliament, the Council of the European Union, the Court of Justice, and the Court of Auditors to ensure the EU functions effectively and remains committed to its core values—both within Europe and in its relations with countries like Ghana.
