Canadian Richlea Lentils

Medium lentils (5.5 – 6.0 mm) having green skin with a yellow cotyledon. Richlea lentils, medium-sized round lentils with green colors, are usually categorized between two other family types: Laired and Eston. In terms of cooking, compared to other lentils, they require a slightly shorter time, without the need to be soaked in water beforehand.
