Job Description
The product Coordinator shall perform the under-listed responsibilities under the supervision of the Head of Credit.
• Provision of advice through a recommendation on loan applications to the Head of Credit
• Upload of completed application forms to the TPS platform and internal software
• Preparation of periodic reports on loans disbursements, collection, opportunities, and challenges to the Head of Credit for decision-making
• Monitoring the activities and performance of various sales agents and report thereon to the Head of Credit
• Liaising with the Head of Finance for the computation of commissions to sales agents on agreed timelines
• Training of sales agents
• Analysing field reports submitted by marketing personnel
• Examination of all applications and authenticating them for approval by designated officers of the Bank
• Responsible for the overall implementation of the controller loans product across the Bank through coordination and supervision of the entire process
Qualification Required & Experience
• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Master’s degree would be an added advantage
• Sales and Marketing background is preferable
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in Credit administration is a financial institutions
• Working knowledge of controller TPS process is desired
